- Using the gentle methods of natural and regenerative farming, Agrivilla i Pini grow produce organically (which supply 40--50% of what is used in their kitchens), and change their menus seasonally to ensure they are working with the seasons
- The hotel itself is a carefully restored 600-year-old monastery, in which only the most eco-friendly and local materials were used by local labourers, like clay, hemp, and rice husks for wall reconstruction
- On-site solar panels heat the hotel's water supply
- Agrivilla i Pini's 6 hectares of vineyards are organic and handpick-only
- Worked with local artisans to up-cycle furniture for guest rooms and common spaces during renovation
