Nestled in the heart of one of Italy's most popular regions, Vegan Agrivilla i Pini offers tranquility, views of one of Tuscany's most famous medieval villages, home-grown produce, and delicious, plant-based food.
Using the gentle methods of natural and regenerative farming, Agrivilla i Pini grow produce organically (which supply 40--50% of what is used in their kitchens), and change their menus seasonally to ensure they are working with the seasons
The hotel itself is a carefully restored 600-year-old monastery, in which only the most eco-friendly and local materials were used by local labourers, like clay, hemp, and rice husks for wall reconstruction
On-site solar panels heat the hotel's water supply
Agrivilla i Pini's 6 hectares of vineyards are organic and handpick-only
Worked with local artisans to up-cycle furniture for guest rooms and common spaces during renovation

The Going Green Media website was built with a low-carbon approach to design and development. We follow procedures to ensure that our digital footprint is minimal, and our mission for a greener future can be supported by the end user (that's you!). This commitment starts with our minimal-load design. We optimise every element, compress every image, and use efficient styling and classes to minimise our code output. This planet-first approach decreases our digital footprint while creating a smoother user experience through less unnecessary data and faster load times.
